The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, honored Assistant Lecturer Mustafa Mousa Jabr from the University of Information Technology and Communications / Institute of Informatics for Postgraduate Studies, awarding him a certificate of participation and appreciation. This recognition was part of a group of 50 Iraqi researchers who completed the training program on scientific research skills development, organized in collaboration with Clarivate, the Union of Arab Research Councils, and the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.
During the honoring ceremony, the Minister of Higher Education emphasized that the ministry is committed to enhancing the quality of scientific research and its outcomes in Iraqi universities in collaboration with reputable international institutions. He pointed out that the program is part of a well-planned scientific strategy aimed at empowering researchers and developing their skills in accordance with international standards.
Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi further emphasized that Iraq’s scientific research environment has witnessed significant qualitative achievements, culminating in the establishment of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s central laboratories, which are comparable to leading institutions and laboratories both regionally and globally.
