As part of its digital transformation strategy and modernization of the university education infrastructure, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the implementation of 120 specialized electronic systems to manage academic and administrative affairs across Iraqi universities and colleges.
This initiative aims to develop a smart university environment that relies on integrated digital solutions.
Leading this effort is the comprehensive HEPIQ Super App, available on both Apple and Android platforms. It includes systems for issuing digital university IDs and the Student Information System (SIS), which allows students to track their educational journey—from registration and enrollment to weekly class schedules, lecture follow-ups through the Learning Management System (LMS), exams using the Electronic Management System (EMS), and final exam results.
It also covers electronic issuance of documents and alumni tracking.
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research reaffirms its commitment to empowering students through an effective digital university environment that integrates technology and knowledge. This effort aligns with global trends and aims to elevate the higher education system to new horizons of quality and innovation.
