The Center for Continuing Education, in cooperation with the College of Engineering at the University of Information Technology and Communications, organized a seminar entitled “Digital Skills and Digital Transformation in Iraqi Universities”.The seminar, delivered by Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Hassan Magtoof from the College of Engineering, addressed several key topics, most notably the improvement of education quality through the integration of digital technologies, and increasing accessibility for students and faculty members through electronic platforms.The seminar also aimed to develop students’ digital skills in line with labor market requirements, improve administrative and academic efficiency within educational institutions, and support scientific research through modern digital transformation tools. The seminar concluded by emphasizing the importance of investing in digital infrastructure and developing human capacities to achieve a qualitative shift in Iraqi higher education.
