The University of Information Technology and Communications / Continuous Education Department, in collaboration with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Training, Development, and International Consulting Team, has continued to hold developmental training workshops under the title “Digital Transformations Towards E-Governance.” These workshops are part of the university’s efforts to enhance the concepts of digital transformation and apply the principles of e-governance, in line with technological developments, contributing to the support of administrative reform pathways and the development of institutional performance. The workshops also aim to build the capacities of participants from various ministries in utilizing modern digital technologies and applying global best practices in the fields of e-management, thereby enhancing the efficiency of government institutions and contributing to the provision of high-quality services. This aligns with the goals of sustainable development, including Goal 11, which aims to achieve sustainable cities and communities, and Goal 17, which focuses on achieving partnerships for the goals.
