The Computer Center at the University of Information Technology and Communications held a scientific seminar entitled “Managing Conversations with AI-Powered Chatbots.”
The seminar, presented by Lecturer Ban Essam Rashid, addressed the mechanisms of intelligent interaction with AI-powered chat systems. It aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills and strategies to manage conversations efficiently, in addition to introducing best practices that ensure maximum benefit from these systems in various educational and administrative environments.
The seminar also included practical examples and discussions on how to formulate requests and inquiries in a way that enables AI users to obtain accurate and effective results, thus enhancing their ability to use modern technologies within the university.
