Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Na’eem Al-Aboudi has directed all universities to ensure and respect the administrative rights of faculty and staff, and to address their legal entitlements responsibly without any delay or hesitation.
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research emphasized the importance of fostering a positive environment based on the strict implementation of applicable laws and regulations, particularly with regard to granting employees five-year leave, and transfers within the geographic area, thus achieving a well-thought-out balance between the interests of the academic institution and the legitimate circumstances of its members.
He urged the adoption of measures that embody the spirit of the law, align with its governing frameworks, and contribute to enhancing institutional performance in accordance with the digital transformation and automation systems and processes adopted in the higher education and scientific research environment.
