The Minister of Higher Education, called on all Iraqi university students to actively participate in the third edition of the Higher Education Reading Award.

In his speech, The Minister of Higher Education and scientific research explained that the ministry has provided a serious and stimulating environment for positive cultural interaction with selected texts from reputable books, aiming to achieve the goals that university institutions in Iraq aspire to. He pointed out that the previous two editions of the competition had achieved remarkable success in motivating quality participation and enhancing the level of critical reading among university students.
