The Continuous Education Center, in cooperation with the Business Informatics College at the University of Information Technology and Communications, organized a seminar entitled “Developing Electronic Management Skills” as part of the National Strategy for Education and Training programs for the month of October.
The seminar, presented by Lect. Dr. Asma’a Abdul Hussein Mahdi, addressed the importance of moving from traditional paper-based dealings to advanced electronic systems, given that electronic management represents a fundamental pillar in improving the quality of institutional performance, reducing time and cost, as well as enhancing beneficiary satisfaction and facilitating the completion of transactions.
The symposium recommended the need to train administrative staff and involve them in specialized courses that enable them to master modern technical tools, including artificial intelligence applications, and to adopt e-government as a strategic option to support administrative development and improve government services.
