The Department of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at the University of Information Technology and Communications organized a virtual seminar on the impact of smoking on the mental health and social relations of the individual.

The seminar was presented by the lecturer Nidal Gummar Al-Abbadi, where she discussed the most prominent causes leading to smoking, the health and social problems resulting from it, in addition to reviewing possible solutions and treatments to confront it.
The seminar was moderated by lecturer. Yasser Majed Darjal, amidst the interaction of the attendees and rich discussions on ways to reduce the spread of smoking and raise awareness of its harms at various levels.
