A ministerial committee from the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research conducted a field visit to the dormitory building of the University of Information Technology and Communications. This visit is part of the Ministry’s plan to evaluate the quality of services provided to students and implement quality and institutional accreditation standards.
The visit reviewed the service status of the dormitories. The visit included an inspection of the infrastructure, cleanliness levels, health services, security aspects, and student activities. The committee also heard the opinions and comments of the students residing there, in addition to evaluating the administrative and service performance of the staff supervising the department management.
The visit aims to prepare a comprehensive report that includes an assessment of the current situation and to provide development recommendations that contribute to improving the level of services provided within the university residential complexes, which will positively impact the university student environment.
