The University of Information Technology and Communications (UoITC), in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, announces the opening of applications for its students to participate in the Higher Education Reading Award – Third Edition, which aims to promote a culture of reading and develop intellectual awareness among Iraqi university students.
– Award Topic:
Reading and analyzing the book “The Problem of Culture” by the Arab thinker Malek Bennabi.
– Target Group:
Undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled for the academic year 2024–2025, in addition to international students within the “Study in Iraq” initiative.
– Award Value:
The total prize is 100 million Iraqi dinars, distributed among twenty winners as follows:
10,000,000 IQD for the first-place winner
8,000,000 IQD for the second-place winner
5,500,000 IQD for the third-place winner
4,500,000 IQD for each winner from fourth to twentieth place
