The University Psychological Counseling Division at the University of Information Technology and Communications (UoITC) organized an awareness symposium entitled “The Dangers of Irregular Migration and Its Impact on Youth,” during which it addressed the most prominent challenges that this phenomenon imposes on Iraqi society, especially on the youth group.
The symposium highlighted the social, economic and psychological aspects of irregular migration, in addition to the efforts of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to support job seekers and reintegrate those returning from abroad.
The symposium was presented by consultant Ali Ghazi Al-Abdali from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, stressing the importance of spreading awareness of the dangers of irregular migration and encouraging youth to invest their abilities within the country.
