The Continuious Education Center, in collaboration with the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, organized a seminar titled “Human Resource Development in Line with Changes in Organizational Structures” as part of the activities of the National Strategy for Education and Training program for September.
The seminar, presented by instructors Asst. Lec. Zeinab Fahmy Ajami and Asst. Lec. Hadeer Mahmoud Ismail, included an introduction to organizational structure and its impact on institutional performance, along with its close relationship to human resource development. Additionally, it covered the use of modern electronic systems that contribute to speeding up administrative transactions within the university and simplifying procedures for employees and visitors.
The seminar also focused on reviewing the challenges and obstacles facing administrative workflow and discussing appropriate solutions and proposals to address them, which contribute to enhancing institutional performance and achieving harmony with the requirements of changes in organizational structures.
