The University of Information Technology and Communications, in cooperation with Al-Mustaqbal University, announces the opening of submissions for scientific research papers for the 10th International NTICT’2026 Conference, entitled “Modern Trends in Information and Communication Technology Applications”.
The conference is scheduled to be held on December 2–3, 2026, in Babylon Governorate, Iraq, with the participation of distinguished researchers, academics, and specialists from Iraq and abroad.
The 10th edition of the conference represents a continuation of the efforts of both universities to support scientific research and broaden the horizons of academic collaboration by providing a scientific platform that brings together researchers and specialists to exchange expertise and discuss the latest developments, innovations, and research trends in the fields of Information and Communication Technology.
The conference explores a range of advanced scientific topics, foremost among them artificial intelligence and machine learning, AI-driven cybersecurity, evolutionary computing for intelligent systems, and smart and secure communication networks, in addition to modern applications and research methodologies in information and communication technology (ICT).
The organizing committee invites researchers, academics, and postgraduate students to submit their scientific research papers in English and participate in the conference proceedings, thereby contributing to enriching scientific dialogue and enhancing opportunities for research collaboration among universities, academic institutions, and researchers from different countries around the world.
Accepted papers have the opportunity to be published in the Springer CCIS series and to be indexed in several major international scientific databases and indexing services, including Scopus, DBLP, EI-Compendex, SCImago, and Google Scholar.
The conference also recognizes outstanding research and scientific presentations by awarding a ”Best Presentation Award” in each scientific session.
