The Women’s Affairs Unit at the Biomedical Informatics College at the University of Information Technology and Communications organized an awareness seminar on “Labor and Social Security Law between Text and Implementation,” delivered by Lect. Dr. Muhammad Kareem Ali, in the presence of a number of faculty members, employees, and students.
The seminar addressed the most prominent legal pillars of labor and social security law, highlighting the differences between legislative texts and their implementation mechanisms, and explaining the challenges that individuals may face in understanding and complying with legal procedures.
The lecturer also reviewed the rights and duties of workers and employers within the applicable legal frameworks, stressing the importance of legal awareness in establishing a fair and organized work environment based on respect for rights and responsibility.
This seminar is part of a series of scientific and awareness-raising activities that the University and its Colleges are keen to organize, with the aim of spreading legal culture and promoting an institutional environment based on knowledge and commitment to applicable legislation.
