The President of the University of Information Technology and Communications, Professor Abbas Mohsen Al-Bakri, conducted an inspection tour of the Continuing Education Center and the Information Technology Academy Department as part of his field visits to monitor the training environment and the progress of national examinations.

The tour included an inspection of the specialized training laboratories and their technical readiness, in addition to monitoring the implementation of the national examination courses for postgraduate students. Dr. Al-Bakri commended the smooth procedures and organization followed in managing the examinations, reflecting the university’s academic rigor.

During the tour, the university president stressed the necessity of selecting highly experienced and qualified lecturers to conduct the training programs. He emphasized the importance of preparing specialized development courses that keep pace with the rapid advancements in the technological field, thereby enhancing the participants’ learning and positively impacting the performance of their respective institutions.

Dr. Al-Bakri also met with the center’s staff, directing them to provide both moral and logistical support to foster a stimulating work environment conducive to creativity and productivity, and to strengthen the university’s role as a leading academic institution serving the community and state institutions.
