The University of Information and Communications Technology announces the opening of online applications for postgraduate programs for the academic year (2026/2027), in accordance with the regulations and instructions approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Available Postgraduate Programs at the University of Information and Communications Technology:
1. Master’s Degree in Mobile Communications Engineering – College of Engineering.
2. Master’s Degree in Business Information Technology – College of Business Informatics.
General Notes:
1. Online applications will begin on 10/05/2026 and continue until 11/06/2026.
2. The competitive examination will take place on 30/06/2026.
3. Applications must be submitted through the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s electronic postgraduate application portal via the following link:

4. The additional seats approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research include six categories outside the standard admission plan:
-Families of martyrs before 2003
-Political prisoners
-Compensation for affected individuals
-Families of Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) martyrs
-Persons with disabilities and special needs
-Families of Anfal martyrs
