As part of the activities’ launch of Pink Month, the Government Media and Communication Division at the College of Business Informatics, University of Information Technology and Communications (UoITC), organised an awareness campaign highlighting the importance of early detection of breast cancer.

The campaign aimed to raise health awareness among female students, teaching staff, and university employees, emphasising the vital role of early screening in reducing the risks associated with the disease.

The campaign included the distribution of awareness cards highlighting the importance of early detection, encouraging women to take care of their health and undergo regular medical check-ups.

This initiative is part of the college’s ongoing awareness activities to strengthen its social responsibility, promote health education, and foster a culture of prevention and early detection, thereby improving treatment outcomes and safeguarding community health.
