The Continuing Education Center at the University of Information Technology and Communications (UOITC), in cooperation with the College of Engineering, organized a teaching proficiency test for several faculty members in engineering disciplines who aspire to teach at Iraqi universities and colleges.
The testing sessions took place at the College of Engineering, where a specialized committee evaluated participants from various universities. These candidates had previously completed the teaching methods course required for academic qualification. The test aimed to assess their scientific and pedagogical readiness.
The examination’s objective is to evaluate the competency of applicants in engineering specialties and measure their ability to deliver scientific content through a rigorous academic approach, while providing them with feedback to enhance their teaching performance.
