“Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah. Of them, some have fulfilled their vow, and some still wait; and they have not changed in the least.”
Allah, the Almighty, has spoken the truth.
With hearts submissive to the will and decree of Allah, and with profound sorrow, the Presidency of the University of Information Technology and Communications (UOITC) extends its deepest condolences and most sincere sympathies to the leadership and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran, to our great Iraqi people, and to all believers worldwide, on the martyrdom of His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei (may his soul be sanctified), the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Today, the Islamic world has lost a symbol of religious and political leadership—a man who dedicated his life to the service of the Dawah and the nation, remaining vigilant in defending the principles of the Islamic Nation and steadfast in his faith. Almighty Allah has honored him with martyrdom in the path of truth, fulfillment of the covenant, and the defense of Islam.
Our hearts are filled with grief as we share in this immense loss. We pray to Allah Almighty to encompass the noble departed with His vast mercy, grant him a place in His spacious gardens, and bestow beautiful patience and solace upon his family and loved ones.
O Allah, make his grave a garden from the gardens of Paradise, keep our footsteps firm upon his path, and protect our lands and peoples from all harm.
Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.
