In line with the rapid developments in the fields of digital knowledge, the Information Technology Academy, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Center, organized a scientific workshop titled “Artificial Intelligence and Future Technologies,” presented by instructor Amir Ibrahim.

The workshop aimed to highlight the pivotal role of artificial intelligence in shaping global innovation. It addressed the qualitative transformation that artificial intelligence is undergoing, as it has evolved from being merely a branch of computer science to becoming a central focus in the development of intelligent systems capable of simulation, learning, and decision-making.

The workshop also reviewed the most prominent future technologies, foremost among them being generative artificial intelligence, which has brought about a significant shift in the production of digital and software content. Additionally, quantum computing was discussed as a new frontier for computational capabilities capable of solving complex problems, alongside the smart Internet of Things (AIoT), which contributes to the creation of smart cities and flexible work environments. Furthermore, it covered autonomous systems, including advanced robotics and self-driving vehicles that rely on computer vision and big data analysis.
