In order to support the educational journey of students and provide academic interventions that help them overcome challenges they may face, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Hussein Al-Mousawi, has directed the councils of Iraqi universities to grant five extra points to address critical cases for students in unfinished classes for the current academic year.

This decision comes as part of the Minister’s commitment to considering the circumstances of students and providing the necessary flexibility to address cases that require intervention, in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions, while maintaining the integrity of the educational and academic process.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research reaffirms its commitment to continue supporting students in Iraqi universities and working to provide a suitable educational environment that enhances their chances of success, wishing them continued success in their academic journey.
