The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research wishes to reassure all its academic,administrative, and technical staff across universities, educational institutions, and all affiliated bodies regarding the delay in the processing of salary payments. The Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Hussein Al-Mousawi, is personally and directly overseeing this matter and is engaged in intensive and ongoing coordination with the Minister of Finance and the relevant authorities to ensure the completion of the necessary technical and financial procedures for the release of the amounts due. He has placed the entitlements of all ministry employees and staff among his highest priorities, in recognition of the pioneering national role they undertake and out of his commitment to maintaining the stability of the academic and university work environment.

The Ministry further states that all procedures are progressing toward finalization and that the necessary funds will be secured and salaries will be released within the next few days, God willing.

In this regard,the Minister commends all dedicated efforts and affirms the Ministry’s continued commitment, through all its senior staff, to working tirelessly in the service of the public interest and safeguarding the rights of all its employees.
