The University of Information Technology and Communications (UOITC), in collaboration with Al-Mustaqbal University, has announced an extension of the paper submission deadline for the 10th International Conference on New Trends in Information and Communication Technology Applications (NTICT’2026) until October 10, 2026. This extension aims to provide researchers, academics, and graduate students with an additional opportunity to submit their scholarly contributions.
Held under the theme “New Trends in Information and Communication Technology Applications,” the conference will take place on December 2–3, 2026, in Babylon Governorate, Iraq, bringing together researchers, academics, and industry specialists from Iraq and worldwide.
The conference addresses several advanced scientific tracks, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, AI-driven Cybersecurity, Evolutionary Computing for Smart Systems, Smart and Secure Communication Networks, as well as the latest applications and research directions in ICT.
The organizing committee invites researchers, academics, and postgraduate students to take advantage of the extension and submit their full papers in English. Accepted papers will be eligible for publication in the Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series and indexed in major global scientific databases, including Scopus, DBLP, EI-Compendex, SCImago, and Google Scholar.
Furthermore, the conference will feature a Best Presentation Award for each scientific session to honor outstanding research papers and presentations.
