Student Mahdi Ahmed Jabouri, from the Department of Information Systems Management at the Faculty of Business Informatics at the University of Information Technology and Communications, participated in the (Bread and Net ) conference, which was held in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, with wide participation of international and regional institutions and experts specialized in digital affairs.
The conference is one of the most prominent regional events discussing issues of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and Internet governance and security. Student Mahdi Ahmed presented a specialized session on digital data protection and the challenges associated with individual privacy and the use of modern technologies.
He also participated in a number of specialized sessions and training sessions with international institutions, including ICANN and WITNESS, as part of promoting the ethical and responsible use of digital technology.
This participation comes as part of the keenness of students of the College of Business Informatics to engage in international conferences and transfer experiences and knowledge to the academic environment.
