The Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at the University of Information Technology and Communications organized a workshop to introduce the requirements of the performance evaluation form for the academic year 2025–2026. The workshop outlined the procedures for completing the form and documenting data to enhance the accuracy of evaluation processes and elevate the quality of academic and administrative performance.

The workshop was presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussein Abdul-Redha Muhammad, Head of the Central Committee for Auditing Performance Evaluation Forms for the 2025–2026 Academic Year, with the participation of Lect. Dr. Qusay Shihab Hamad, Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department.

The session covered the key requirements and criteria adopted in the performance evaluation form, along with data entry and documentation mechanisms. Additionally, it addressed inquiries and observations regarding evaluation procedures to ensure standardized workflows and precise auditing in accordance with approved regulations.
