In support of the research activities of students at the University of Information and Communication Technology, fourth-year student Russul Saad Mahmoud from the Department of Media Technology Engineering at the College of Engineering published a joint scientific research paper with instructor Dr. Qutaiba Hamadi Muhammad titled:
“Investigation of Multi-Platform Media Publishing with AI Personalization Engines”
in the first issue of the first volume for the year 2026 of the Journal of Communications and Computer Technology (JTCT).
The research addressed the development of an intelligent model for multi-platform media publishing based on artificial intelligence techniques to analyze user behavior and customize content according to their interests and the nature of different digital platforms, contributing to enhancing content distribution efficiency and improving user experience.
The study also relied on collecting and analyzing behavioral data from multiple sources, employing smart recommendation algorithms and advanced personalization techniques. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of these systems in increasing interaction rates and enhancing user engagement with digital content.
