The lectures were presented by Assist. Prof. Nashwan Dhia’a Zaki and Assist. Lect. Sarah Ali Abdullah from the College of Engineering, where they reviewed a range of scientific and practical aspects related to the nature of academic and administrative work.
The course lasted for five days and included a range of training modules that focused on developing professional and specialized skills by combining theoretical and practical aspects, with an emphasis on analytical thinking methods, addressing real-world problems, and using modern tools in work environments.
The course aimed to enhance the participants’ specialized understanding, develop their analytical and decision-making skills, as well as improve their use of modern technologies and the practical application of knowledge in a way that contributes to improving academic and administrative performance.
The training program included a number of important topics, including the development of cognitive and analytical skills, communication and professional presentation skills, and time and project management using modern tools and techniques such as Agile, Kanban, Trello and Notion, in addition to conducting workshops, practical exercises and case studies.
