The President of the University of Information Technology and Communications, Professor Dr. Abbas Mohsen Al-Bakri, held a meeting with staff of the Financial and Administrative Department, in the presence of representatives from the Legal Affairs and Audit Departments, to discuss several administrative and organizational matters aimed at enhancing institutional performance and improving the overall work environment within the university.

During the meeting, the President emphasized the importance of fostering a team spirit and a sense of unity, which contributes to a positive work environment based on cooperation and shared responsibility. He stressed the need for accuracy in completing tasks, respecting deadlines, and expediting transactions in accordance with established administrative procedures.

He also called for standardizing communication procedures between departments and the exchange of official correspondence to ensure smooth workflow. He further emphasized the importance of continuous professional development by learning from successful experiences in other educational institutions and leveraging them to enhance institutional performance.

He emphasized the need for integrated efforts among department staff, a spirit of cooperation in assuming responsibilities, and adherence to the directives of their supervisors. He also stressed the importance of strengthening coordination among department heads to contribute to the development of administrative work and enhance the quality of services provided by the university.
