ChangesPursuant to the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and in implementation of the activities and programs of the National Strategy for Education for May 2026, the Continuing Education Center at the University held a seminar titled “Human Resources Development in Alignment with Organizational Structure Changes.” The seminar was presented by lecturers Hiyam Amjad Hussein, from the Organizational Structures Unit, and Hadeer Mahmoud Ali, from the Human Resources Department.The seminar aimed to highlight the close relationship between modernizing organizational and institutional frameworks and improving human resources efficiency. It emphasized that the success of structural change processes fundamentally depends on qualifying employees and empowering them to keep pace with modern administrative shifts, while enhancing their professional capabilities in line with institutional development requirements.The seminar covered several scientific and administrative themes, most notably the mechanisms of structural change and the reasons for restructuring in educational and governmental institutions to simplify administrative procedures and resolve organizational overlaps. Furthermore, it reviewed qualification and training strategies, skill gap analysis mechanisms for employees, and the preparation of training programs and plans that support merit-based job rotation according to modern job descriptions.Additionally, the seminar discussed administrative change management methods and ways to address resistance to change within institutions by strengthening effective communication channels and fostering a culture of continuous institutional development. It also explored building an integrated administrative system based on standards that contribute to advancing administrative work and achieving optimal performance results, alongside managing solutions and exchanging expertise to enhance institutional performance efficiency.
