The University of Information Technology and Communications announces the launch of the fourth edition of the “Study in Iraq” program for the academic year 2026/2027, aimed at attracting international students to pursue their studies at the university.
The program seeks to promote academic diversity, cultural openness, and knowledge exchange within Iraqi universities.
The available academic degrees include: Bachelor’s, Higher Diploma, Master’s, and PhD.
Scholarship seats are available at the Institute of Informatics for Postgraduate Studies and the university’s colleges, namely: the College of Business Informatics, the College of Engineering, and the College of Biomedical Informatics.
Application Details for International Students

The application period is as follows:
For postgraduate studies, applications will remain open until July 2026.
For undergraduate studies, applications will remain open until September 2026.
