As part of its commitment to supporting scientific research and promoting quality standards and academic integrity, the University of Information Technology and Communications, represented by the College of Business Informatics, announces the activation of the electronic plagiarism detection service (Turnitin) for researchers and students from outside the university.

The activation of this service aims to provide researchers with the opportunity to benefit from scientific paper screening and similarity-checking services, thereby contributing to the enhancement of research output quality and the promotion of the principles of academic integrity.

Research papers will be submitted electronically through the official email of the Scientific Affairs Division at the College.

Applicants will be required to pay the prescribed fees in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The papers will then undergo plagiarism screening, and similarity reports will be issued following the approved procedures and standards.

The University emphasized that this step comes as part of its ongoing efforts to serve the academic community and provide scientific services that support researchers and strengthen the research environment.
