The University of Information Technology and Communications held a condolence gathering in memory of the late Dr. Mayada Mohammed Redha, a faculty member in the Department of Administrative and Financial Resources, who passed away after a long illness. We pray to Almighty God grant her a place in His Heavens.

The condolence gathering was attended by the family of the deceased, the university’s assistants for scientific and administrative affairs, several deans’ assistants, faculty members, and staff. The proceedings began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatiha for her blessed soul, followed by eulogies that expressed deep sorrow and grief at her loss, highlighting her academic, administrative, and humanitarian journey, as well as her dedication to work.

The university’s administration was represented by Assistant President for Administrative Affairs Dr. Jaafar Athab Ankood, who recalled the virtues of the deceased and her professional and humanitarian stances. Several of her colleagues also delivered words of condolence, reflecting on her positive impact, noble character, and the deep brotherly relationships they experienced with her, along with her generous spirit and love for others.

The memorial gathering concluded with a feast in honor of the deceased’s soul, praying that God grants her family, loved ones, and colleagues patience and solace.
