This allows prospective applicants wishing to enroll in the programs of the Informatics Institute for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Information Technology and Communications (UOITC) to submit their applications online.The application period covers both Higher Diploma and Master’s degree programs via the electronic portal approved by the Ministry.The University emphasizes that admission on the private expense track (self-funded) is available exclusively without any minimum GPA requirement.
