The Continuous Education Center at the University of Information Technology and Communications completed the fourth training course – the Programmed of Development of University Leaders Qualifications and Human Resources (E-governance and Informatics Hub).
This course is based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up, and the implementation of the development of qualification of university leaders project according to a scientific plan prepared for the years (2023, 2024, 2025) in five axes.

The fourth course lasted for five days: 30/7 – 3/8/2023. It was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Samer Muhammad Ali from the Computing center and Dr. Ban Kassem Jawad from the Department of Quality Assurance. It was attended by a number of head departments, divisions and units.

The course dealt with several topics related to e-government and e-management of enterprise websites, information systems, information and data security, types of hackers, prevention methods, the importance of cybersecurity, knowledge of the advantages of artificial intelligence, handling of social media sites, and electronic archiving system. The course concluded with a test for the participants.
