Under the guidance of the President of UoITC and the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, the College of Engineering and the Department of Graduate Studies Affairs completed all auditing tasks for applicants to postgraduate studies for the academic year 2024-2025 according to the ministerial timing schedule announced by the Research and Development Department.
Accordingly, the names of those applying for postgraduate studies for the academic year 2024-2025 were announced.
The attached list includes the names of applicants nominated to take the competitive exams scheduled to begin on 7/9/2024. This list consists of all applicants who have obtained electronic matching from the electronic graduate studies system in colleges of engineering and whose electronic data have been corrected with the paper files (paper matching) according to the instructions and controls for the application.
Acceptance was granted, while applicants who did not meet the required criteria were excluded.
P.s. We confirm that applicants must attend competitive exams and the interview after taking the exam, otherwise, candidates will be excluded.
Required Documents:
1) Identification (civil ID or national card).
2) Nomination form withdrawn from the system.
3) The interview form was downloaded in the fourth step of the application system. On the contrary, the applicant is not allowed to enter the examination hall in the college or the scientific department.
