Dr. Fatima Sadiq Al-Jubouri, a faculty member in the Graduate Studies Department at the University of Information Technology and Communications , has been appointed as a scientific evaluator for the doctoral thesis submitted by the student Igor Aleksandrovich Samarin, based on the order issued by St. Petersburg State University in Russia. The thesis is supervised by Professor Nina Petrovna Alexeeva from the Statistical Modeling Department at the aforementioned university.

Dr. Al-Jubouri’s official assignment from the university is to evaluate the thesis titled “Statistical Models for Analyzing Classified Financial Time Series” in the Statistical Modeling Department at St. Petersburg University.
