The University of Information Technology continues to bear the name of the verses of gratitude and reverence for Iraq’s heroic wounded.
On June 26th of each year, the people of Iraq feel a sense of reverence for the Iraqi wounded. This day, we mark with pride and gratitude, recognizes the sacrifices made by the nation’s wounded, and those who watered the land of Iraq with their pure blood in defense of dignity, sovereignty, and sanctities.
With its unifying nationalism, the University of Information Technology and the highest names offer their thanks and gratitude to Iraq’s brave wounded, who embodied the most wonderful images of heroism and sacrifice, carrying the nation’s banner in the darkest of circumstances, and with their pain, writing pages of glory and pride.
Their pure wounds are not scars on their bodies, but rather badges of honor that we cherish, living lessons in sacrifice, patience, and loyalty that will remain immortal in the memory of generations, and a beacon by which we guide our way toward a glorious and independent homeland. We ask God Almighty to grant our heroic wounded a speedy recovery, to preserve them as a source of pride and support for Iraq, and to reward them abundantly for the sacrifices they have made for their people.
Glory and immortality to our righteous martyrs
And honor and dignity to our loyal wounded
