The President of the University of Information and Communications Technology, Professor Abbas Mohsen Al-Bakri, handed over the official duties of the position of Assistant President for Administrative Affairs to Assistant Professor Dr. Jaafar Athab Ankoud, pursuant to a ministerial order issued by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi.

The ministerial order also included the dismissal of Professor Dr. Mahdi Nassif Jassim from his position as Assistant President for Administrative Affairs and his return to his teaching position at the university, in recognition of his distinguished administrative and academic efforts during his tenure.

On this occasion, Dr. Al-Bakri expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to Dr. Mahdi Nassif Jassim, commending his valuable contributions to the university and wishing him continued success in his future academic career.
