The University of Information Technology and Communications announces the vacant seats available in the private expense channel for the purpose of conducting rotation according to requests submitted electronically by applicants, and based on the instructions letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Research and Development Directorate No. BT5/7760 dated 10/7/2025, which includes the mechanism for rotating the seats of students who have successfully applied through the general admission channel and the privileges channels to the vacant seats in the private expense channel.

Vacant seats on the private expense channel:
(5) seats – PhD Program in Computer Science / Informatics Institute for Postgraduate Studies.
(3) seats – Master’s Program in Mobile Communications Engineering / College of Engineering.

Application start date:
From 27/7/2025 to 31/7/2025, on the link that will be announced later on the University’s official website.

Note:
Starting from 3-8-2025 until 7-8-2025, 5 points will be added to treat critical cases according to the highest differential rate for the purpose of filling vacant seats for each applicant in his channel, and in the event that there are vacant seats in the private expense channel, the applicant who benefits from treatment points can submit a request for rotation and filling the seat within this period 3-7/8/2025.
