The University of Information Technology and Communications (UoITC )announces the launch of the electronic platform of the Federal Public Service Council in order to update the data of its top-ranking graduates and holders of advanced degrees covered by Laws No. (59) and (67) related to graduate employment.
The University’s Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Hassan Mashali, called on graduates to visit their respective colleges/student affairs departments to update their information, bringing with them the required identification documents, including:
Unified National ID
Residence Card
University graduation order (for holders of advanced degrees)
An active phone number (WhatsApp enabled)
A valid email address
A signed written pledge and the application form prepared by the Federal Public Service Council
The university indicated that the deadline for updating the data is September 16, 2025.
It also confirmed that all college graduates who have not been appointed to government institutions are eligible for this update, starting from the academic year 2002–2003 up to 2023–2024. The university urged all eligible graduates to adhere to the specified deadlines to ensure inclusion in the available opportunities under the central employment framework.
