A PhD dissertation at the Informatics Institute for Postgraduate Studies( IIPS),  University of Information Technology and Communications(UoITC), discussed e-healthcare services based on blockchain technology using cloud computing.

The dissertation, entitled “Blockchain-Based E-Healthcare Services Using Cloud Computing”, proposed the development of an integrated system for managing electronic health records relying on blockchain technology.
It presented a management model based on organizations and user roles, contributing to enhancing the reliability and security of medical data and improving the efficiency of e-healthcare services.

After a scientific discussion of the dissertation contents, the examination committee decided to award the student Hind Abdul Ameer a PhD degree in Computer Science with a grade of Very Good.
