It was discussed at the Informatics Institute for Postgraduate Studies (IIGS) at the University of Information Technology and Communications (UoITC), a high diploma student project on Artificial Intelligence (Al) Driven Cybersecurity.
The Informatics Institute for Postgraduate Studies conducted the discussion of the high diploma student project, Shaima Hammadi Issa, which is entitled:
“AI -Driven Cyblesecurity: Real – Time Threat Detection and Prevention”.
This project suggests a comparative assessment of the nine mechanisms of automatic learning, as part of the preparation of balanced data, and the project concluded that the collection methods based on trees, especially XGBOST, are very effective in detecting infiltration on the CIC-DS2017 data group when combined with balanced training and strong prior processing.
After discussing the student in her project, she was granted a higher diploma certificate with an “Excellent” degree.
