Based on the directives from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the University of Information Technology and Communications has announced that it is mandatory for its students to register for the HEPIQ program, which represents a significant advancement in the development of digital university services and the simplification of student procedures.
The program offers a range of electronic services, most notably:
• Issuance of digital university ID.
• Student Information System (SIS).
• Display of weekly class schedules.
• Monitoring of lectures and exams.
• Receipt of exam results.
• Electronic issuance of documents.
The ministry confirmed that registration for the application is mandatory for all students, as follows:
🔹 Graduating students: They are required to register to expedite the issuance of graduation documents by the ministry.
🔹 Non-graduating students: The application will be the official means of receiving exam results, relying entirely on it according to ministry instructions.
The requirements for registering in the application include:
• Downloading the HEPIQ application.
• Receiving a username and password from the registration department.
• Unified national card.
• Residence card.
• A personal photo with a white background.
The university urges its students to download the application and register themselves, confirming that the registration departments in the colleges are ready to provide technical support and assistance if students encounter any difficulties.
