The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, has decided to include undergraduate students from all academic years in the decision to reinstate students whose enrollment had been terminated, effective from the 2013–2014 academic year.

According to the decision, students whose enrollment was terminated in undergraduate studies under all admission channels—both morning and evening programs—starting from the 2013–2014 academic year and onwards, and from all academic levels, are allowed to return to their studies beginning with the 2025–2026 academic year.

The decision excludes students whose enrollment was terminated due to cheating, forgery, or disciplinary sanctions.
