The University of Information Technology and Communications has achieved a quantum leap in the number of published research papers classified in the Scopus Academic Publishing Indicators database, according to the latest update, reaching 1,270 papers.
The University ranked 25th out of 38 public universities in terms of the highest number of research publications in Scopus, a global benchmark for measurement, as it provides a platform for highlighting researchers’ efforts and disseminating their work more widely.
The total number of University researches in the Scopus database reached (1270), and in September 2025 the number of published researches reached (20) researches in these containers, which reflects the ongoing efforts to enhance scientific research.
This is evidence of its ongoing commitment to improving the quality of scientific research, enhancing academic innovation forums, supporting the development process, and building a global academic reputation through publication in reputable international publishing houses, as the University continues this approach at an accelerating pace, contributing to further successes and achievements that benefit the academic community and the nation as a whole.
