Prof. Dr. Suha Mohammed Hadi, Dean of the Informatics Institute for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Information Technology and Communications, participated in the second edition of the Iraqi Digital Economy Forum.
The Dean of the Institute participated in the dialogue session on the role of higher education in maximizing digital human capital to build a sustainable digital economy, as she emphasized the need to support higher education to advance the digital economy in Iraq, in accordance with the saying, “The success of any economy begins with education.”, and this can be achieved by supporting students’ skills and projects in the early stages and emphasizing postgraduate research aimed at supporting the digital economy by using modern technology.
The forum discussed ways to enhance digital transformation in the global economy and exchange expertise in the fields of financial technology and artificial intelligence, and the forum brought together a select group of officials, decision-makers, experts, and digital transformation pioneers in Iraq.
