It is our great pleasure at the University of Information Technology and Communications (UoITC) to extend our gratitude and appreciation to His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, for his sincere and dedicated efforts to advance the higher education sector and to develop its performance in line with Iraq’s aspirations for a brighter future.

His Excellency has demonstrated, through his initiatives and insightful vision, a deep commitment to supporting the academic and administrative staff in universities and to recognizing their continuous contributions in the service of knowledge and the academic institution. The recent approval to grant lands to the Ministry’s employees, after many long years of waiting, is indeed a generous step that reflects his genuine concern for improving their living conditions and strengthening their sense of stability and belonging to their institutions.

As we highly value this just and important decision, we affirm that this achievement is the fruit of a leadership vision that believes in investment in human beings is the foundation of state-building and progress.
