The University President, Prof. Dr. Abbas Mohsen Al-Bakri, conducted a nighttime inspection tour of the dormitory facilities to review the living conditions and services provided to students. The tour included a meeting with several Arab students studying at the university as part of the “Study in Iraq” initiative, during which he listened to their opinions and needs and directed that any obstacles they may face in their academic journey be resolved.
He also affirmed, during his remarks, the university’s commitment to providing a safe and integrated academic and residential environment for all students—especially international students—in a manner that ensures they have an outstanding educational experience on campus.
At the end of the tour, Dr. Al-Bakri directed that on-site follow-ups continue and that the quality of services provided in the dormitories be further improved, in support of students’ academic progress and to strengthen the university’s standing within international student recruitment initiatives.
