The Continuious Education Center at the University of Information Technology and Communications announces the beginning of the second session of the “Teaching Methods Towards Blended Learning According to the Updated Curriculum” course, designated for holders of master’s and doctoral degrees who are included within the University Service Law in the following disciplines:
• Humanities
• Educational
• Administrative
Please note that registration will be conducted electronically via the link that will be published, which will be activated on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
Those wishing to join the course are requested to prepare a nomination letter addressed to the University of Information Technology and Communications / Continuious Education Center according to the course dates outlined below.
The course aims to prepare and qualify participants with the necessary academic and educational skills for university teaching according to modern teaching methods.
Important Note: Please read the attached application conditions carefully to ensure your registration.
Conditions for registration in the updated Teaching Methods courses:
1. The course includes postgraguats included within the University Service Law (Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, public and private universities – Ministry of Education – Police College (Higher Institute), Ministry of Defense (Defense College), House of Wisdom, Sunni and Shia Endowments in Baghdad Governorate). The nomination letter must be in accordance with the format shown in the attached image; if it does not match the above format, the trainee’s nomination will be rejected.
2. Open specialties: (Humanities, Educational, Administrative).
3. Registration must be done exclusively through the electronic link for each specialty, and only once; no paper applications will be accepted until after the names of participants are announced.
4. Nominations are limited to residents of Baghdad Governorate only, according to the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up.
5. Requirements for applying to the course (a copy of the university order for the higher degree or equivalency letter, original nomination letter, unified ID card, and residence card) must be uploaded during registration via the electronic link.
6. The fee is (120,000) one hundred twenty thousand dinars per participant and must be paid electronically before the start of the course.
7. Registration will be based on a first-come, first-served basis through the registration links for each specialty, with a required number of (50) participants per specialty.
8. Any registration will be rejected if the specific specialty does not match the required specialty for the course, or if the data is not uploaded correctly via the electronic link.
9. The center will announce the names of accepted participants and complete registration procedures before the start of the course.
10. The nomination letter for employees from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research should be processed through the Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up.
11. The maximum allowable absence is (3) hours for both in-person and online attendance combined. A candidate whose absences exceeds this limit will be considered to have failed in the course.
12. Participants in Teaching Methods courses are not permitted to defer or withdraw and are required to retake the course.
13. A participant who successfully completes the course will receive a university order and a certificate of participation issued after the course concludes.
